Nick Lettire is President and Chief Executive Officer of Lettire Construction Corporation, which he co-founded with his brother Gerard Lettire in 1979. Nicholas Lettire is also co-founder and President of Urban Builder’s Collaborative, the company’s development arm.

Nick Lettire spearheads new construction and development opportunities and partnerships for both companies. Recent projects under his leadership include residential and mixed-use developments with construction budgets ranging from $10M to $90M.

Mr. Lettire got his start in the construction industry working on interiors and rehab projects. The company specialized in elegant high-end interior restaurant, office and home renovations, often for celebrity clients. The company then expanded its practice to include complex ground-up sustainable affordable and special needs housing, and mixed-use properties throughout the New York Tri-State area.

Mr. Lettire is actively involved in the East Harlem community where his company is based, and is dedicated to improving the neighborhood’s economic rebuilding and local job creation in every market in which he works. By collaborating with community coalitions, government agencies, and development partners, Nick has been able to dramatically increase the supply of quality multifamily housing throughout the New York Tri-State region.
