Caesura, located at 280 Ashland place in Brooklyn, was developed in partnership by Jonathan Rose Companies and New York’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development. The 12-story, 123-unit project was designed by Dattner Architects and built by Lettire. Caesura is a mix of market-rate, middle-income, and affordable apartments, designed to meet the needs of the diverse Brooklyn neighborhood. The building’s innovative program includes 47 furnished micro-units, each no more than 320 square feet, with a fully functional bathroom and kitchen. The amenities of this property include a community lounge with kitchenette and game room, fitness center, yoga studio, a common goods lending library, conservatory, rooftop terrace, and bike room.
