LEED SILVER CERTIFIED

Acacia Gardens was developed by the Acacia Network, an East Harlem based nonprofit, designed by MAP, and built by Lettire. It is a twelve-story 179-unit affordable housing development located at the corner of East 120th Street and 1st Avenue in East Harlem. The project features amenities such as a large recreational outdoor deck with a children’s play area that is accessible to all residents, gym, community room, and laundry room. The building achieved LEED Silver status and features one of New York City’s largest solar roofs. The project is sponsored by the East Harlem Council for Community Improvement, Inc.
