UBC with Thessalonia Baptist Church and CMC, a certified MBE, partnered to develop Thessalonia Manor. The project, designed by James McCullar Architecture and constructed by Lettire, is 120-units of affordable housing, on vacant land currently owned by the Thessalonia Baptist Church. The multi-family building is affordable housing for individuals and families with up to 60% of Area Median Income, with 30% set aside for low income individuals and families.
