3118 Webster Avenue is under development by Urban Builders Collaborative—the affiliate of Lettire Construction Corp., the project’s general contractor, architects Curtis + Ginsberg and the non-profit The Doe Fund. This 11-story affordable housing Project is comprised of two wings, fronting Webster Avenue and separated by an interior courtyard. The 100,000 SF Project contains 109 apartments and approximately 1,500 square-feet of ground-level retail space. Residents will have access to onsite supportive services, including case management, substance abuse counseling, and services for education and employment. Additional amenities include an interior courtyard with outdoor recreation space, a gym, laundry room, 24/7 front desk security, and a live-in superintendent. The Project is designed all-electric utilizing Enterprise Green Communities 2020 with energy efficient heating gas, appliances, and light fixtures, and will have water saving fixtures for showers, toilets and sinks.
