Archer Green was developed by Omni New York, designed by ESKW/Architects and built by Lettire. The project is a mixed-use construction project consisting of two buildings and 387 apartments which are both market rate and affordable. The project also includes 70,000 square feet of commercial space, a 15,000 square foot community facility, a parking garage for the NYPD, and numerous amenities including a fitness room, outdoor terrace with grills, community lounge, children’s playroom, media and coworking space, package lockers, and bike storage. The project achieved LEED Gold status and has numerous green technologies that will improve building operations, including a battery energy storage system, solar panels, a CHP system, EV charging stations, and energy efficient appliances.
