Hanson Place Community Plaza was developed by Hanson Place Church Support Corporation and MDG Design & Construction, and designed by OCV Architects. This 13-story affordable housing complex located in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, is walking distance to the infamous Barclay’s Center and minutes from the NYC transit train. This project boasts 104 affordable apartments with a level 5 finish, along with 22,000 square feet of community space which includes a fully functioning industrial commercial kitchen, an 8,000 square foot medical center with affordable healthcare programming for the community, as well as an assembly space for Hanson Place Church Support Corporation ministries.
