UBC along with Kapwood partnered to develop Hilltop Senior, located in the township of Irvington, New Jersey. The project, designed by JKRP Architects, is a six story building containing a mix of studio and one-bedroom apartment homes. The building includes a healthcare suite with offices and exam rooms, a fitness center, a large community room, an outdoor balcony, common laundry rooms on all residential floors, a bike room, and onsite covered parking. Sustainable features are designed to LEED Silver standards and include energy star rated appliances, and energy efficient windows.
