This project was a ground-up construction, which incldued MTA influence and coordination. Amenities at Queens Plaza inlcude rooftop green spaces, a rooftop swimming pool, a large public courtyard and retail space. The property is also environmentally friendly, with features like Energy Star appliances, LED lighting, high-efficency condensing boilers, regenerative elevator brakes and a CoGeneration system.
