Las Raices is being codeveloped by MDG Design and Construction and Ascendant Neighborhood Development, designed by GF55 Architects, and built by Lettire. This new project provides affordable housing across four strategically located buildings in East Harlem. This project aims to create sustainable, quality homes for local residents in need. The four buildings include: a 47-unit building at Park Avenue and 122nd Street, a 7-unit building at 117th Street and 1st Avenue, an 18-unit building at 118th Street and Pleasant Avenue, and a 6-unit building at 102nd Street and 2nd Avenue. Each location has been carefully selected to enhance the accessibility and vibrancy of the community, providing much-needed affordable housing in neighborhoods that are traditionally underserved.
